There are several types of small buildings that we build: The most famous is the She-shed! Extend Garage, Studio, Tiny Home,(ADU) Backyard Home, Granny Flats, Mother in Law Suites, Pool House. Our professional designers will consult with you and help walk you through the whole process. Once we have a design then we will pull the permits and submit al the needed documents. Once we have the permits in hand then will start the building process. It can be overwhelming dealing with several different contractors. We will handle the building process. Tiny Homes
Tiny Homes is more then just a trend ; it’s a lifestyle choice that people all over Texas are choosing. Weather you are adding onto the outdoor living space or building a Granny Pod, we are here to help you through the whole process. Our years of experience will help build the most affordable building. (ADUs) Accessory dwelling units can help bring in income. Every city has different rules on rentals, so please check with your local city. A garage can be converted into a ADU. In order to convert a garage over, you’ll need to provide additional parking.
Pool House
Hill Country Outdoor Builders has built several types of Pool houses. The primary function for a pool house is to provide a changing area and a bathroom. If you have children, it’s a great area to take a nap! Building a media room is one option. Of course the men will try to claim the pool room and try to convert it to a man cave. Our designers will listen to your design ideas and bring them to life. Once the design is finalized, our professional crews will build your pool house.
